Our Founder:

KC Christensen-Lang, the owner of Happiness Is...is an energetic professional known for her blunt honesty, intuitive observations, innovation, enthusiasm, humor and think-out-of-the-box creativity. Her top priority is your success. As an Executive Success Coach, PR Consultant, Keynote Speaker, Author and Business trainer, with 30 years+ years of CEO, management, PR, marketing, development, customer service, sales and business experience, she will support you with powerful positive action and taking your company to a whole new level.

She is co-author of the book, “Speaking Of Success" with Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul), Ken Blanchard (One Minute Manager) and Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People.)

A charter Multiple Streams Licensee, she also teaches PR and "Promoting with Pizzazz" teleseminars worldwide and coaches the multiple streams/making money while you sleep concept.

Always involved in community service, KC is on the national Board of HeyUgly, which builds self-esteem in teens, belongs to several business and charitable organizations and has raised millions for nonprofit agencies around the country.

Darbie Bufford is the owner/President of her own company, Virtual Solutions by Darbie, based in South Carolina. Talented and energetic, she is known for her exceptional service and prompt follow-up. Her vast array of administrative experience includes Virtual Assistant (VA) to small businesses and entrepreneurs, onsite Executive Assistant to large companies, Branch Manager, Executive Recruiter, Account Representative and Placement Supervisor. She is highly skilled in internet systems, ecommerce, customer satisfaction, financial solutions and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
